Our quality guarantee
We want you to be delighted with you order. If for any reason, you are unhappy with anything you receive from us please return it to us within 30 days and we will replace or refund you. We only ask that they are returned unused and in the original packaging and in a fit condition for resale.
Should you decide that the product is not needed or has been ordered in error we will only refund the cost of the product and not the outward carriage.
None of the above affects cancellations or your statutory rights.
What to do if you need to return an item
Please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss the nature of your return. We will then instruct you on how to make a return. We recommend that if you make a return you obtain a Proof of Postage certificate which are available free of charge from the Post Office.
We will refund your return postage or cover the cost of the postage if the item is faulty, damaged or has been sent to you in error.
In the case of Magnetic Paint. We cannot accept returns where the paint has been opened. Also in the case of a customer over ordering we may charge a restocking fee. In this instance we will not pay the return carriage.
